Robert McLean started the agency in 1975 and grew it to become one of the largest in the Pee Dee by the 1990's. In 2004 Erik Marechal, son in law took over as Principal Agent and Owner. Marechal has over 15 years of executive management in the insurance field and has continued the agency tradition of commitment to the customer as the priority. Marechal currently serves as one of 36 agents selected to participate in the Nationwide National Agency Advisory Council.
